Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing VYNKO you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VYNKO. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may only use VYNKO with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password safe. Nicknames must not impersonate other people or contain hateful language.
4. Acceptable use
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools, harass other players, or share personal contact information in chat. Reasonable moderation actions (mute, kick, ban) can be applied at our discretion — see our Community Guidelines for details.
5. Virtual items
Coins, XP, cosmetic unlocks and any other in-game rewards have no monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and can be revoked when we detect abuse or fraud.
6. Service availability
VYNKO is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as VYNKO evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
